How can I get access to the support departments

First, you need to create a user account at, either by registering or just by submitting your first support ticket. After registration, go to your profile and update your organization details (Company name, address etc.).

Please note, the fields 'subscription numbers' and 'license number' cannot be edited - these fields will be updated by our staff team as soon as you submitted your first support request.
